If you want to make hay, we gotta do it while the sun is shining.

If pilots in command of the pilot market and the laws of supply and demand on our side then we dictate the terms.

But, there's making hay, and then there's making straw. We gotta be focused on what we can both predict and protect. That to me is our hourly, weekly, monthly, and yearly earnings. Liars figure and figures lie. That means that profit sharing can be manipulated to serve and end game/goal. These are not the droids you are looking for. translation: this is not the profit sharing you thought you wanted.

I don't want to make straw, I want to make hay. It's time to get the real money, the kind of money that we can count. We got allot of trouble counting that profit sharing. Every time we count them nickels they seem to move, and we gotta count em again. Then they move again. We gotta count em some more.

The point is: you'll never really know how much you are owed, and how much you left at the table. It's like counting monopoly money while playing a game of candy land. You know, in candy land no one ever actually wins.....
