Yep. The “what about” was the tag line of the time.

What most in my peer group at Eagle didn’t like was the fact that those that declared Flow created a flow back spot—and then didn’t want to go? That hurt junior pilots.

Bottom line is a flow agreement is a carrot on a stick, but as time goes on that carrot gets eaten away.
