That's why my original post, which started this, was simply: Currently, for May, a January hire got a CMP line on the DFW 175 FO, after spending 1 month on reserve.
The "extreme minority" BS was started after that.
I disagree, movement on the 145 has been clicking with a lot of upgrades. Most 2017 hires went to the 145, and they are now upgrading.
The 175 fleet will always be smaller than the 145 fleet and always use less pilots (for the forseeable future).
