I disagree, movement on the 145 has been clicking with a lot of upgrades. Most 2017 hires went to the 145, and they are now upgrading.
The 175 fleet will always be smaller than the 145 fleet and always use less pilots (for the forseeable future).

This post, while not giving specifics, also throws shade on the crowd that wants new hires to believe they have better than a 50% chance of getting the 175.

While I’m sure the number of 175s will continue to grow after the delivery of the planned 84 in more than a year, it will certainly be several years before Envoy has more 175s than 145s. And that means more 145 pilots hired than 175 pilots for several more years.
