Some insite from one of AMR’s ex-customers: Being at the purple package delivery company allows me to bid a lot of front end or back end DHD trips. I flew AMR religiously until about 6 months ago. Starting last summer until over the holidays I was substantially delayed or canceled on y'all about 50% of the time. I had the AA credit card, platinum status and wanted to stay. It got to the point that it was costing me way to much time away from my family and missed trips that I bailed to one of the competitors.
