Anyone else get an email? I applied 6 months ago and was a little surprised when this showed up in my inbox. A friend who left there recently and another who is there currently cautioned me against making a move for Allegiant. I haven’t been keeping up with Allegiant lately, so I want to see if anyone could shed some light on:

1) Growth / Aircraft orders?
2) Upgrade times?
3) Attrition?
4) Health Insurance?
5) Senior and Junior Pilot Bases?
6) Company Culture / Morale?

I know to take everything on here with a grain of salt. Just doing some research.
The answers to most of your question will vary greatly as said above. I feel the health insurance is OK, I pay about $200 a month as single person and rarely go to the doctor.
I also agree as said above, if you are at a regional and get hired, come on over and keep your apps current, but otherwise I would use caution.
