1) 8 or 9 of this year's 17 new aircrafts still have to be delivered, nobody knows about next year. No major growth in sight on the airline side as the company now is focusing on building hotels/resorts and fun centers.

2) Not only we're not getting many planes but the company's goal is to reduce the number of pilots per aircraft so add that to a younger pilot group and low attrition rate, upgrade is going to be painfully slow.

3) last 2 years average is 2.5 pilots/month, with an increasing trend over time.

4) I very rarely use it, happy with it.

5) on April seniority list, bottom guys are in TYS, PGD, AVL, SFB. IWA has been consistently senior.
