My comment was is in regards to "training issues" from the OP not tattoos. SkyWest pilots have legitimate gripes and will continue to get crap from management as long as they are not unionized!
The pilots can complain about working conditions, training and pay and all the other abuses from management but get no sympathy from me. My message is simple, get unionized and protect the profession! Protect your career! Stop the abuses by management! Don't settle for flight instructors that are zombies from working double shifts 7 days a week! Don't settle for Chief pilots, vice presidents and other managers that threaten your livelihood because they think, "you don't fit in". Don't let them tell you, "there's the door because there are two dozen other pilots willing to take your job".
