That's why I came back, I was making 170K a year at the old gig but I was on the road the entire summer and then worked 8-6 Mon-Fri in the off season. Company only had one contract and if that vanished so did everyone's job. So taking a massive pay cut for the long run made sense.

You’d have to work 6 years at Envoy to make that. And if your flying a line your still gone half the year.
