I don't know what DPE is but, after bankruptcy, I flew on a per diem basis for a corporate outfit based out of Seattle. I got permission from the SVP of Flt Ops. As long as it didn't interfere with my Delta flying, they were fine with it. I had to make sure I didn't run into any FAR problems. Which wasn't a problem. I stopped doing it about 5 years ago.
