The bottom LAS FO is a 11/17 hire but like said above its irrelevant since we haven't hired since then. When we finally do start hiring again it's going to be a flood gate opening and pilots transferring everywhere.

Junior bases back when we were hiring have been LAS, SFB, PGD, FLL, LAX, OAK (OAK is closing at the end of this summer). Anyone hired this year (if we hire this year) will go to GRR and SAV because nobody wanted them. We have opened several bases since we last hired so really there is no way to predict. We also have a displacement bid coming in May for the OAK closure which will even make it harder to predict. That's 11 CAs and 9 FOs. The bottom pilots in the system will probably get bumped to SAV and GRR as everyone trickles down. If you come here plan on being in a base you don't want for at least a year. Or you may luck out.
