I grew up in Alaska where Alaska Airlines was the only option. It was always my dream to work there. But after working at Horizon and seeing how things are, I realized that it wasnt really my dream airline. It had nothing to really offer me, except a PNW base. But even that is not guaranteed anymore. All my friends at Frontier seem to love it, so here I am and couldnt be more happy.
Oh gotcha, that sounds a lot better than where I thought you were going with it. I hear stories these days of guys interviewing somewhere and then getting the TBNT, then the applicant will get all high and mighty about how that particular carrier “had their chance”.
