Not uflymike but a similar concept. Works with any headphones with a 2.5mm audio input jack. Not TSO either. I don't have one but I've been looking over options for a new headset for sometime.
I already have the QC35 and I can also confirm it has an audio jack. I have the older model so I don't know if they changed the new design.
