If you’re at a regional try frontier or spirit before going to southern or Atlas unless they actually get a contract. If you want ACMI k4 is where you want to go at this moment. Upgrade there is on the rise but QOL and pay is good.
Not particularly interested in ACMI or LCC, but a 777 type with experience could lead to juicy contracts overseas.

Also, the regional "5 quick-turns/day + EWR daily GDP nightmares" is getting old. But it's an easy upgrade and guaranteed 80k-ish a year.
