I bet FedEx doesn't use 2 guys over 60 in the same cockpit. What if you are swept international? Or divert.

What if you are on Reseve and get assigned a trip out of leveling because the Capt is 60 and the guy above you on leveling is over 60. Or two over 60 guys on airport standby together.

Lots of issues to work out.
