FO pay should be at least 80% of what a Captain earns. They do virtually the same job and have to suffer the little nepoleon in the left seat. 50K isn't nearly enough, currently they make less than half of what a Captain makes at most companies. Especially during these times of slow movement. FO's have to make a living too.
