Ever heard the story of a FLEA with a glass ceiling up over its head???? Natural height is limited, even when the glass is removed. It thinks it can jump only yay | *| high, thinks it can only jump to the glass limit when the glass is removed. But FLEA can jump | *| over twice as high-naturally & intentionally the previous glass limit WITHOUT CONDITIONING!

We are conditioned at the regional to think we are less! Same thing has happened for so long in this industry that Unions outside of Aviation can not believe we allow! Or failure of Seniority representation! We’re taught to limit ourselves constantly, trained not to shake the cage. “To know our roll” our low value worth, and to shut up when asking to many questions.

Expect more! Demand more, we are worth more!
