Until then, work to do what DAL did, negotiate a better share. Just remember, DAL was losing money when they gave that to the pilots as a throw away. They never dreamed that they would be making this kind of profit. No way they would give that to them today (if they didn't already have it). They tried to take it away or significantly reduce it in the last negotiation.
