There must be a place in Eastern Europe that recruits their drivers. Does NYC honor any drivers license or do they need a NY DL?
Believe it or not, when we started using Golden Touch, they were considered a vast improvement over the previous contractor (Abbey transportation, as I recall). Those vans were rusted out, had no suspension, broken seat springs poked you in the rear, and the drivers had been disqualified from Ben-Hur’s chariot race.
