For those few pilots that still may not know:
Atlas and Southern are both owned by AAWWH. There is only one HR department, and they do all the hiring for Atlas/Southern.
If hired, you may be offered the 747/777/767/737. Whatever you are offered, you can ask for what you want. Pilots in the past have been offered a class date for a specific airframe, and they have rejected that class date, and asked for a class date of the airframe of their choice.
Based on the hourly rate/min guarantee, the pay is as follows:
747
777
767
737
747/767 classes are not being filled. If you want a 747 classdate, you could hold out for that, if you are offered another airframe. AAWWH HR will make that decision. The higher your experience level, I assume, the higher your chances are of getting the 747, vs the 737.
