Air Wisconsin is pretty much the same size as piedmont except better staffed. The stations that lost flights and RONs were probably part of the plan. I doubt American was caught off guard losing flights to certain stations. As much as American drives me crazy with the way they run things, they’re still a huge multi billion dollar company. I’m sure they knew exactly who would gain flights and who would lose them months before Air Wisconsin disappeared.
I believe pay raises are coming to you guys and probably to Envoy. I just don’t think any of us 3 WOs are in the market for Endeavor level pay or QOL. As long as flow exists we will never have what the other regionals have.
And that preconditioned thinking is why we can't have nice things!
Wake up and smell the alfa alfa, I don't think an 8-9 year flow for new hires is hardly anything to write home and has no monetary value.
So why would you not want the same pay and QOL as the other Regionals ... as a matter of fact, Endeavor rates are 2 years old, you should want more as cost of living keeps going up ...
