We've made some pretty great strides from where we started out to get to where we are now including tripling pay and starting an A plan. Admittedly, a lot of that was just to catch up to FDX, but now that we are basically neck and neck, the quantum leaps are over. We used to get 20 to 30% raises each time, from here on we'll be looking at more like 3 to 4% increases.
