I would not wait around for F9 if you are in the hiring pool. Yes the classes could resume, but I would keep applying to other airlines and not give up 6 months or more seniority if you can get hired somewhere else.

If the December rumor is true then Pref bid will be coming early next year possibly making things even more efficient.

Plus I wouldn't trust this management team to tell me the sky was blue.
