Actually JS knows our operation is f’ed. Shocker here though, he isn’t allowed the power to actually fix it.

Our leadership structure is so screwed up. Departments internally fighting each other. Until flight ops wins that war and is given the power to run an airline, instead of a marketing company, nothing will change.
