I don’t mind guys making “overtime” but I can’t stand getting strung out on a 14 hour day (every time) I go to work. With the MOT desk essentially begging me to extend and when I say NO they act all shocked like ‘how can you strand all these customers?’.
That’s what’s makes me insane about Jblue right now. Our operation is garbage. The reason we can’t beat a 60% on time is because the operation is set up for failure before the day begins. Nuball55 says “oh rsa is for the early reserves.” Yeah, great that’s their fault and it’s step 1 of the failure to where I get abused. Step 2. No one is equipped to deal with the fact that I’m not going to “waive the cba”. That’s absurd. Anyone who does should take off their lanyard and stop paying dues. What’s the f-ing point? Hey, all the nonsense we went through over the last 4 years? Yeah, I’ll waive it. Come on! Wake up! I’ve been asked 3 times to waive the cba by MOT. Now we real time CNX. AO doesn’t know what to do because it takes 45 minutes for sys ops to get the message to cnx. I had 2 customers come yell at me as they deplaned. That’s great. It’s my fault.
The operation sucks. Someone has to be held accountable.
