Our leadership structure is so screwed up. Departments internally fighting each other. Until flight ops wins that war and is given the power to run an airline, instead of a marketing company, nothing will change.

I think it’s also Alex B who runs operations. Since he took over things continue to go downhill. I don’t understand the structure either it’s like it’s designed to not fix things. Yeah you “save” money here but spend way more over here. I actually think JS knows what’s up but is up against this structure that does not lend itself to changing. Look at the email about MX oh now they will try to answer? Or make it a priority why wasn’t it before? They just simply refuse to spend the money on a quality operation. I wish Wall St would ask about that.
