Any millennial can attest that is not true. My parents, aunts, and uncles (boomers) spend just as much time getting involved in social media drama as a 14 year old.

I also see a lot of 50 year olds that are glued to their phone at the gate during boarding. I guess that is why the older people are the only ones using belt clips for their phones
