Lots of red eyes, which is good if you like flying at night. As far as seniority, seems like LAS is becoming more senior. Been a while, as far as I know, since a new hire has been awarded Vegas right out of training. Maybe 3-6 months to hold Vegas? I have flown with FO's from other domiciles waiting to get to LAS. Also, a lot of senior FO's that could hold captain back east are bypassing upgrade, waiting for Vegas. With the number of recent upgrades, they may be waiting a while.

While "better cash for loans" is a perfectly valid reason for wanting to change jobs, you might want to refine that a bit if you are lucky enough to secure an interview and they ask "why Spirit?" Good luck!

PS, Las Vegas is a great domicile staffed with a lot of excellent pilots.
