How do we get the company to make us a deal without waiting the traditional 2 extra years?
They always drag it out so that 1) they can pay us pennies on the dollar for retro pay, and 2) people are so sick of it so they vote yes just to get it over with.
We always wait an extra 2 years, and we always get 3%. We need to change this paradigm.
We should automatically get 3% each year on the anniversary of the amendable date so we don't lose out on the retro pay, er, "signing bonus".
For the record, I voted no in 2015, and won't hesitate to do so again.
Delta voted no, and they got a better deal. It is time for us to do that as well.
