Nightflyer, I'm not sure about the answer to your question, as far as what will get the point across. Perhaps making it clear to both the company and the union that we want to negotiate early, with no procrastination, because we are far behind the power curve. We're not interested in waiting until other carriers have finished negotiating their third contract. But if we can't even get the union reps and negotiators to jump on board with this, forget about getting the company inspired. Our union should be talking about this RIGHT NOW. Not wasting time and money on a BS pension plan.
