I would agree with this, NJA pilots (I am one) are told we were hired because we are the best and we have the best contract in the Frac world, I would not consider Flex a competitor, we have almost 500 jets, they have 75 I think. We don't compete on pricing is the moto over here. Lot more options here at NJA than other companies. I think AJ gets "happy employees leads to happy customers".
