The junior bidding FO in MIA is a late July 2018 hire, so more like 9 months at the moment. Not sure how long they've been there.

The junior bidding CA at MIA is an August 2016 hire, while the junior CA I believe is a November 2016 hire, so not quite 3 years to hold MIA as a CA, and if you took the first available upgrade, as of right now it would take you about 3-4 months to get to MIA once you upgraded.

Of course, this will all change for a new hire on property right now by the time things like upgrade roll around.
