Non equal across the board for CAs would be BS and union should never accept that. Your screwing half the pilot group who chose the 145 because the pay was the same as the 175. Are you worried only the 175 will get the raises? I doubt that will happen or you would have a real $=*+ Show on your hands. But like someone said before it looks like it will be more complicated than a strayforward pay bump. If there are “winners and losers” then I’d vote no. However the winner and loser approach to our union continues to happen.
