Except when they hire day 1 and then day 2 the shrink portion they are banned for life. That's happened to many guys.
Treat day 2 like day 1. It's way better now than the unqualified nurse digging around in my arm trying to find a really prominent vein and then wiring the EKG wrong asking me if I'm ok because I flatlined.
