lets make sure we are clear on one thing, we do much better than 15/h as a first year FO. 20.62 with a small raise comin in the new year. look around, thats better than skywest, pinnacle and several other jet drivers. not bad for flying a 19 seat turboprop!
Not to mention that they are paying draft and open time at a very nice rate.
