Since I am so happy for the help I have been keeping a list for the past 4 years. I have it categorized; 30 and above, 15 to 30 and 0 to 15....I am going to give the 30 and above group a nice card and 15.00 Starbucks cards, the 15 to 30 group get 10.00 Starbucks cards and the slackers will get 5.00 starbucks cards. Since we are not allowed to ever put an item in a pilot V file(against system regulations) I will comail them to the base admins and they will happily do it for me. Of course I am including a little log of each flt/date.
