What does Min Credit do for me with regards to the LCW? For June I’m trying to maximize days off and happy to do it at the expense of hours. Does that accomplish that at all?
Set condition min Credit, if awarded, sets your personal LCW to the bottom half of the LCW. This would be ALV minus 7.5 to ALV. If you're senior enough and willing to accept an unconditional bid group, you could also try for an RLL line.
