Just to clarify the RLL "option," you would
only get an RLL if you opt for it (and you are at/above the "RLL Lim" published in the bid pkg for your category) in lieu of being awarded a reserve line
and PBS cannot award you a regular line because there aren't enough rotations remaining in the pot to build you a line w/in the LCW.
In short, if you are sufficiently senior in your category, you won't be eligible for an RLL because there will be enough rotations left in the pot to build you a line within the LCW.
