Regional reputation to get hired
Hello there major/legacy people. Just wondering since I'm reaching that point.
When it's time to apply for the majors/legacies, do the HR people or whoever screens you, care about what regional are you working for?.
I'm talking about the reputation some regionals have (skywest vs gojet or mesa) for example.
Since I guess I'm gonna expend several years on a regional, I wouldn't want to waste those years.
Any no-no regional? Or any regional that would give those "extra points?. I'm excluding CPP/flows. Not the point of this thread.
