Under Contract 2000(had it survived), the Cap rate for our aircraft in 2004 was set to be:

75/76 = $264
777 = $316
747 = $355

Adjusted for inflation (2004 to 2019 CPI) that would be:

75/76 = $356
777 = $427
747 = $479

All that and a pension too!!
