1. A ton of pilots are in training, currently.
2. United cut back our block hours in anticipation of this CRJ to ERJ transition training, but they did it in a way that resulted in an inefficient pilot utilization. Fewer block hours, but more duty periods.
3. The CRJs have been an extremely inefficient operation thanks to the frequency of maintenance problems. Those planes are finally going away.
4. The guys coming out of training for the E175 don't really have a plane to fly. We've got two already, another will be here soon, but it's all FAA proving runs until service begins.

This is just off the top of my head.

We can handle growth, just not right away. I think we can ramp up block hours in July and August will be a good month.
