It looks like we are currently in a limbo situation, the FAA shutdown logging PIC sole manipulator on 91 legs, and Planesense doesn't have A062 which would allow SIC to log time on 91 legs.
I agree, until PS gets A062 then the old rules still apply which means whoever isn't flying the 91 legs can't log it.

Now here's a question, if the operator doesn't have A062, does the restriction against logging sole manipulator PIC when SIC apply, since they aren't conducting the operation under 135.99(c)?
