At SkyWest, western domiciles have started going more junior. New hires are getting Denver, and upgrade there has dropped to 2.5 years. New hires have been getting SLC on the 175. PSP and FAT have been relatively junior but those aren’t very commutable, but if you could stomach the drive from LAS to PSP, it could be an option.
