It would suck for sure. But sat in the js behind the CA in an Airbus who rolled the seat all the way back and also leaned it all the way back. I ended up moving to sit on the floor, I'm pretty small and couldn't even fit sideways behind his seat.

Kicker was the guy was probably 5'6" or so.
