Well, if you're junior enough to have to worry about RSV, weekends off probably won't happen for a while. But doesn't it seem reasonable that senior pilots should be able to have weekends off? Under PBS, at least seniority is relevant. With line bidding, everyone had to take a bite of the same poop sandwich.
What is a senior pilot? If a guy has to waive a contractual right in order to get something that would go to a Jr pilot otherwise, the system isn't working.
