FOs get 7 hard days off per month, now done in 4 week bids so I’d guess it’s 6.5 days. Upon upgrade to captain it goes up to 9-13 hard days off depending on airframe and years of service. Of course you get minimum off periods required by part 135. The B350 doesn’t fly a lot and is well staffed. I’d recommend applying and take time during the interview to tour the facilities and talk to as many pilots as you can. It’s a great place to work, but part 135 is not for everyone.
