More communication would be good, but it has to be metered. Most of the people screaming “take the money” in that thread aren’t even at PDT. It’s almost an information campaign going on to undermine the Piedmont Union in hope of weakening Envoys position by having PDT match PSAs terms... A bunch of posters are PSA, some are former PDT who are personal friends of members of management.
The ones who are at PDT and wanking are short timers looking pad their bank accounts before they leave by the end of the year.
