I know there was language placed in the recent LOA indicating the company could force flying on FOs around the 800 or 850 hour mark, so as to expedite their eligibility for forced upgrades.

Is anyone aware if the forced-flying is actually being done to anyone?

If so, is it fleet-wide or has it been limited to specific fleets or seniority levels?

How does it work exactly? Do they just call you and tell they put additional flying in your schedule?
