Is anyone aware if the forced-flying is actually being done to anyone?

If so, is it fleet-wide or has it been limited to specific fleets or seniority levels?

How does it work exactly? Do they just call you and tell they put additional flying in your schedule?
FOAP. First Officer Advancement Program.

If a qualifying individual bid reserve, basically they would be given a composite line. 75 hours worth. It was added to your schedule before the end of the month for the next month. Not just assigned to people above and beyond. They wanted to keep people from bidding reserve to delay an upgrade. The company did use this option.

It was a LOA and as far as I know it expired.
