Back in 2014, Had a buddy walk in to EWR CPO to give three weeks notice as he just finished a 3 day trip, told CPO he'd be going to Delta.....Decided to do it then because bids for the next month were coming up and didn't want PBS to issue him follow on schedule.

He quickly regretted decision as UAL CPO did not take it well and took his ID on the spot and removed him from all remaining flying, pay and JS/nonrev privileges. He needed to bum a buddy pass to get back home to Florida in fact.
